This is where it all started back in 2001 when I got my first Do-It-Yourself beef jerky kit. I’ve developed my own blend of flavors since then with the bold taste of Hickory smoke that is sure to satisfy the most selective beef jerky connoisseur.

We use our own homemade teriyaki sauce, featuring real ginger, fresh garlic and tamari, gluten free soy sauce. This our only recipe that is not sugar free.

Just enough heat to meet your burning desires, but not enough to make you dunk your head in the lake for relief. This is one of our most popular recipes. Since we use ground beef we can mix in real jalapeños for a taste that’s one of a kind.

This is Smiling Jack’s newest and most unique recipe. Featuring real tomatoes, this beef jerky is loaded with a zesty blend of authentic Mexican flavor. Fiesta Taco has a hearty taste and a warming heat, yet mild enough for kids to enjoy. Close your eyes and you’ll think its Taco Tuesday.

Now you can make our delicious Hickory jerky yourself. This all natural spice blend is mixed with one pound of 90% lean ground beef or your own ground venison. Just add your favorite liquid smoke and you’re ready to go. Spice mix packets for 2 pound and 5 pound portions are also available.

Smiling Jack Chipotle-Garlic Crisp Sauce is a savory blend of toasted garlic, onions, red bell pepper and lightly smoked chipotle peppers. Smiling Jack Crisp sauce goes with nearly all your savory seasoning needs. We took a simple combination of toasted and dried ingredients and created a complex flavor profile that accentuates the taste of just about anything it is placed on. The Olive Oil binds the ingredients as it becomes infused with flavor. Smiling Jack Chipotle-Garlic Crisp Sauce goes with almost anything but we enjoy it most on: Beef, Pork, Chicken, Crusty Bread, Hummus, Pasta, Eggs…You name it,”It Goes With it”.
